Gnosis is delighted to be volunteering at the Technology Leadership Forum (TLF) Summer Internship Programme, educating the next generation of IT leaders in Bermuda.
The TLF was founded in 2007 due to the demand for qualified Bermudian IT talent. The twelve-week intensive programme involves classroom learning, team projects and industry fieldwork to enhance the skills of the younger generation in Bermuda who have a keen interest in IT.
Developing the next generation of IT talent is a vital part of sustaining Bermuda’s position as an IT hub. Through TLF’s initiative and our knowledge of the industry, Gnosis will continue working with TLF and industry leaders to inspire the talent of tomorrow and give future leaders the chance to learn essential skills to thrive in the local economy.
Neil Lupsic, Gnosis’s CEO said:
“I am delighted that Gnosis is volunteering at the TLF internship programme educating the future leaders of IT in Bermuda. The interns will have a chance to develop an understanding of the IT industry through workshops delivered by our team. They will also enhance communication and customer service skills by delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
A top-performing IT firm is formed by having the best people in your team and volunteering our time to the next generation of IT leaders will only ensure the continued growth and success of IT firms in Bermuda.”
Ian Cook, Chair of the Board, TLF said:
“The TLF want to thank the team at Gnosis for volunteering to deliver some of our key training modules this summer. It is important to our programme to have industry professionals, with more than just academic knowledge, to deliver training to our interns to give them the edge they need in today’s IT market.”
